However, due to the natural variations in wood grain and color, actual products may differ slightly from photographs. Each wooden stand is unique, and these natural variations are considered part of the character and beauty of handcrafted pieces.

Orders and Payment

All orders for wooden stands are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before wooden stands are shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship wooden stands worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. Custom wooden stands require additional production time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Warranty

All wooden stands from Quaktorxyrzarau come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Natural changes in wood color and patina development are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on quaktorxyrzarau.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs of wooden stands, is the property of Quaktorxyrzarau and protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Quaktorxyrzarau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or wooden stand products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the wooden stand in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen, Norway.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to quaktorxyrzarau.ddd. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
