30-Day Return Period

You may return your wooden stand within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The wooden stand must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your wooden stand must meet the following conditions:

  • The wooden stand must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The wooden stand must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom-made wooden stands cannot be returned unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return of your wooden stand, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the wooden stand securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the wooden stand to the address provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wooden stand is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable wooden stands.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned wooden stand, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your wooden stand for a different model or wood type, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wooden stand arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom-made wooden stands are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the agreed-upon specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Natural Variations

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects. Each wooden stand is unique, and these variations are part of the natural beauty of handcrafted wood products. Returns based solely on natural wood characteristics will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
